♦ Description: Following the broadcast of the new governor of Planet Erie a contract has been sponsored to help promote a friendly and secure image of the system under Liberty control. We need you to go to Planet Erie and run a patrol of the system.

We have reports from Philadelphia Station a wing of Xenos is operating in the area, we expect you to be able to intercept their patrol at F5. You may have to wait a bit but you can be confident they will show [Set your navmap to the Political Map and filter for hostiles, we have uploaded the location there].

After you finish there check in on Philadelphia Station at G5 to make sure they are still doing well. Finally head to the Ralston Ice Field to make sure the Heavy Water mining operations are still proceeding safely, confirmation of no criminal elements present when you arrive will be sufficient.

You will receive a bonus payment of 100'000 credits per scan of any Zoner Militants you come across during the mission, Liberty is quite eager for this information.

Howdy there,

I took the liberty of running the combat patrol for yah. Your intel was right about the Xenos forces, there was a patrol wing and they've been dealt with so they should leave Philadelphia alone at least for a lil while longer.

Philadelphia station looks to be in good shape. No signs of external damage or signs of pressure loss. I am sure the DSE boys aboard will be quick to give y'all a call if there's any concerns for their immediate safety.

The mining operations are proceeding unbothered as well. Just the same bastards out there banging their heads against the rocks as usual. May wanna consider gettin 'em some entertainment, they must be bored as hell.

One Militant was on patrol in the system as well. There's no active bounty on 'em from the LibGov bounty board, so I didn't commit to taking them out. Saw they had some hostages aboard their ship, I was able to negotiate their release. They've been brought back to ground control on Erie and then they're gonna get shipped off to medical or whatever, I dunno, I didn't follow up with 'em. Local security forces took over from there.

Howdy,

Accepted the assignment around 19:37 – 17.08.835. Went on patrol around the provided coordinates and confirmed five hostile contacts, all Xeno vessels. All five threats have been neutralized and no other patrols have been spotted in the area.

Relocated to Philadelphia Station, and the station was firing onto two Lane Hackers. Provided assistance, and eliminated the two. No further incident.

Arrival onto Ralston Ice Field, there were several Zoners in the area. None of them were flagged as Zoner Militants in my scanners and all have left the area. The three Asteroid Miners in the area are still operational and mining the ice.

Returned to Planet Erie without locating any Militants in the system. Mission done at 20:17. Images have been uploaded and attached to this transmission.
