I doubt the Italians built a sleeper ship because they were on the Hispania (specifically, they joined the Outcasts while the Greeks joined the Corsairs and the Portuguese...I guess they made it into the Order). I think the other sleeper ships could've been France (proven), India (if it wasn't taken over by the Coalition), and Australia.
NOTE: THE INDIA AND AUSTRALIA BIT IS JUST WHAT I THINK. IT MAY NOT BE NECESSARILY TRUE. The caps is to make sure no one gets confused.

I point you all towards the ol Liberty backstory. It states that travel took years before the Valhalla engine was developed with DK technology. Not dozens of years though. So travelling to Sirius probably didn't take eons.
Still, the Valhalla engines had an energy output of over 9000.
