Ultra wide support - SWATJohnny - 09-06-2025
I recently upgraded my pc, asrock x570 with 5700x 64gb ram and 7800xt and got a ultrawide monitor with 5120*1440 resolution. Problem is, in the menu i can`t change resolution as everything is mixed, managed to get to default resolution in options and it kinda shows 5120*3440 but nothing changes. Already tried reinstalling freelancer and discovery, this is my 3rd try.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You can try with the launcher and check the following: Use desktop resolution

Already tried that, with the option on and off and different resolutions. Best i got was in menu with 3440x1440 but in game it`s still 800x600

Best result i had in game was by starting it in windowed mode 3440*1440 but it`s windowed mode so the cursor goes out of the window
