To my Bretonian compatriots,
I thought it prudent to personally inform you before your intelligence service picked up on a sudden mobilization that the Stuttgart Military District is readying for a counter-terrorism operation into Omega-11.
We intend to restrict the operation purely to Omega-11; your space around Planet Sprague in Omega-3 will be well outside our area of operations. Nonetheless, if this operation is as successful as we intend, you may find a number of Hessians fleeing towards the area in a panic.
At any rate, if your forces do detect a noticeable shift in activity on your side of the border, we would appreciate any information or other assistance you could provide in such a case.

The task force will dispatch a few ship to keep an eye on the Hessians but I would not lie if it would be more preferable for those dissidents to be fully crushed by the capable hands of the Kaiser's Military.
