[Systems] Network node left behind - hribek - 09-11-2025

Bug: In Magellan near Mactan, Spyglass Newtork Node was left behind. Mactan Base and Weapons Platforms moved already.
Reproduction Steps:
- /restart lihacker
- undock from Mactan Base, Magellan
- Network node is almost 10K away, should be near station
