I am Capitaine Giulia Orsini, of the Orsini Family, part of the Diplomatic Corps of the Autonomous Region of Provence’s (AR Provence) Government.

Our pilots have met yours a few times now, and they spoke with us about a visa program to access New Moscow (Omega-52, herein referred to as New Moscow). We would like to extend this by also formalizing relations between the SCRA and the Unione Corse, and request to be part of your visa program.

While our ideologies may differ, we can agree on one thing: logistics, and supply, the vital arteries of conflict, and of life itself. Provence is not engaged in conflict beyond the "Outcasts" and the "Gaian" terrorist movement; we continue to uphold neutrality in accord with our philosophy and ethos, so that we can work in tandem with almost everyone. At the same time, we recognize the sacrifices of the Coalition in maintaining its bastion in New Moscow, and we believe Provence can complement those efforts through reliable supply and commerce.

Therefore, we would like to request the “restricted” tier for the visa, for Unione Corse ships travelling to New Moscow. Indeed, Zvyozdny Gorodok (herein referred to as ‘ZG’) seems vital enough to supply. We, Provence, can serve as a dependable and reliable partner to the SCRA, ensuring regular the SCRA access to the Gallic market, and providing SCRA facilities with vital supplies, drawn from our network, and our own resources from our autonomous system all the way to Planet Jiangxi, Zhejiang Orbital, and ZG. And down the line, not just as economical partners, but as partners in stability and cooperation.

We believe that the SCRA and Provence would highly benefit from formalizing our relations, and thus legally travel and trade in New Moscow.
