Now that the situation has stabilized, we’re ready to begin our next major initiative: reinforcing Corfu.
With threats mounting on every side, we expect Corfu to draw the attention of at least one major player—either the Corsairs, because we refuse to be subjugated, or the Nomad-infected, whose presence has surged in recent months. Phoenix has therefore decided to invest heavily in Corfu’s upgrades. With Freeport 9 under Corsair control, the Omicrons have effectively lost a crucial trade hub; few will choose to dock at a “Freeport” administered by the Imperio. In parallel, we must restore Theta’s food independence by constructing new biodomes on-station.
Here is where the Coalition can meaningfully assist. Sparta, with direct access to the resources of the deep Omegas, will soon begin producing part of the materials required for this effort. What we lack are the industrial machines your foundries excel at building. We would like to renew our trade agreement: Phoenix will supply Iridium to the Coalition in exchange for access to Omega-52’s industrial capacity.
If it is not asking too much, we also request authorization to export Volgograd Ordinance to our stations to accelerate fortification and readiness.
If these terms are acceptable, we can move immediately to schedules, volumes, and routing.

All what we can offer in that situation it's make agreement about transporting goods to your Sparta base.
It's means next: special Coalition personal from Volgograd Industries will delivery Industrial Materials to your Sparta base, while your ships can't visit restricted zones in New Moscow.
However, we're also can make trade convoys to Corfu base and delivery Food Rations and Volgograd Ordinance in volume 50k for each commodities. If you agree with these terms, then we can start work in near time.

Regarding the visas—that’s unfortunate, but understandable.
Hopefully, we Zoners usually have a backup plan. Since we’ve fought the Corsairs side by side, we’ve made a few acquaintances in your ranks; I’m confident we can work something out.
Else Gran Canaria always is an option.
As for deliveries to Corfu, they’ll make Pygar even harder to take. With the situation deteriorating on Erie, the population has begun to grow again—additional food supplies are very much welcome.

Indeed, Pygar with it's weather environment in combination with supplies will become hard target for Corsair expansion, if not even impossible. I will registrate agreement and when it will become active, as rule on next day after procedure, trade convoys can start their work.
