I am Capitaine Giulia Orsini, of the Orsini Family, part of the Diplomatic Corps of the Autonomous Region of Provence’s (AR Provence) Government.

I have been tasked to be the diplomatic liaison with the Order between the Unione Corse, and the Order, to continue and maintain our good relations with the Order. I've read some previous internal reports from our agents back then, years ago, when we defeated Nomad incursions; the Unione Corse, the Order, and the Gallic Navy. It seems most fitting, to communicate, and formalize, as well as help wherever we can, the Order, from this existential threat.

I have also read of internal reports about The Commission wishing to deepen the relations between the Order, and the Unione Corse. I believe we can. So I am contacting you, in hopes of finally having a diplomatic channel, where we can discuss the various needs of the Order in the Gallic Union and Provence, and how we can help you, as the heroes of the Nomad War from way back then. We find it is still a shame that some circles in the Sirius and Gallic sectors still considers you a terrorist organization, for all the good you have done.

Trading, and supplying, would be an apt subject as well. While we recognize that you are a paramilitary organization, or rather, outgrown even this definition, logistics remains a key element. And I believe we can answer, at least, some of these. The Omicrons is a dangerous sectors, filled with uncertainty. I fully believe that your men, for example, would benefit greatly from some R&R on Planet Marseille.

There is also another matter which we would like to discuss. We would like to study Orkney, and Tau-61, in a joint effort if needed, due to the existence of a Sealed Jump Gate to Orkney in Provence. And the Tau Economical Areas (TEA) in general. I think that would be a first step, in engaging in joint efforts with the Order, again.
