Brothers and Sisters of Crete,

During my patrol flight in the Castile sector, my long-range scanners detected a Coalition transport vessel heading toward Ionia. I immediately broke formation to intercept and investigate its presence within our territory.

Upon arrival in Ionia, only a few clicks from Corfu and Pygar, I located the vessel and initiated contact. The Coalition pilot claimed to be “exploring” and “delivering cargo,” which already raised suspicion. I conducted a cargo scan and discovered a shipment of Volgograd Ordnance on board — an alarming find, considering the Coalition’s past aggression toward our people.

When questioned further, the pilot gave evasive answers and insisted his destination was “somewhere in Kappa,” despite taking a completely illogical route through our systems. His refusal to disclose the true delivery point — possibly Pygar or Corfu — confirmed his deceit. After repeated warnings and continued noncompliance, I engaged, forcing him to perform an emergency docking at Corfu.

Remaining on high alert, I issued a distress call anticipating retaliation. Moments later, a Coalition bomber arrived and joined the scene, clearly responding to the transport’s call for support. Shortly thereafter, another Corsair vessel, DTR-CNS>Protector_Wing, arrived to reinforce my position. We engaged both hostiles immediately to prevent additional enemy arrivals.

The Coalition vessels ultimately docked at Corfu to evade destruction.
This encounter proves that Coalition movements within Ionia are increasing and may indicate preparations for a forward outpost. Vigilance is paramount — we cannot allow them to establish any foothold near Crete or her protectorates.
