Good day leaders of Her Majesty's Finest!

I am reaching out to you today to bring to your attention a recent hostile incursion into your sovereign house space by those claiming to be Rheinland Military Personnel. This is not my first encounter with Noth Squadron, others of The Congress have encountered them in the Omegas. I reached out to the Rheinland Military and Government but have heard nothing in response, they operate with Freelancer IFFs.

I'm Special Sergeant Howard, I've been assigned as the investigating sergeant for your report.

Your case has been received the crime report number C/41/008341-B - if you could quote that ref in any future correspondence on the issue, it'd help out our record keeping.

Now, I've had a browse through the evidence and logs you've given us. Suspect "21" alleges they're a Rheinland patrol, but they're also flying a Mule freighter, and are then chastised by their buddies. Between the Mule and the Rheinland pirate bomber, it looks to me like they were pulling your leg, and you bumped into a mob of basic criminals.

I can't see anything tying this lot to Rheinland, unless we want to take them absolutely literally at their word. From the rest of the ships they're rocking, I'd say their word ain't worth very much. We'll put this sorry lot on our observe list, given that there's at least two instances of prohibited ships there.

If you hear anything back from Rheinland that sheds further light on this lot, or if you're sitting on anything else incriminating that adds context, do give us the nod. Cheers for the heads-up, regardless.
