[Infocards] Typo in Seiran Dust Cloud infocard - Petitioner - 10-14-2025

Bug: "Golden Chrysanthemum" should be "Golden Chrysanthemums".
Reproduction Steps:
- Fly in Kusari because you have a POB there and you can't trust the rest of the community to keep it stocked with stuff while you don't play the game for 3 months
- Augh, sottoscrivete, etc
