[Systems] Holman Outpost is inverted - Kherty - 11-02-2025

Bug: Holman Outpost is inverted/wrong side facing the tradelanes
Reproduction Steps:
- Pass by Holman Outpost for the 5th billion time in my life
- See that it's facing the wrong way
Additional Information: "Mining Outpost"; or West Point-like bases usually face the "zone" they are in with the 1, 2, 3, and 4 docking ports. Holman Outpost currently have its rear facing the tradelanes. While not gamebreaking, and I assume it is not game-changing either; still, I think it wasn't like that? I am positive it wasn't like that. See images (British-visible).
As you can see, the docking ports are clearly labelled.
