The Mollys and RPA ID have been modified in the following way:
Within Zone of Influence (Bretonia and bordering systems) -> Within Zone of Influence (Bretonia, Dublin, and bordering systems):
In effect, this adds Omega-49 to the Molly/RPA ZOI.
