Outcast Reference - Thexare - 05-25-2009

This reference is for determining how to deal with individuals within Outcast space, and contains lists of those exiled from Outcast space, those considered our guests, trusted non-military pilots, and the Council of Dons.

Ranking Independents:
Most legal matters may be handled by any pilot, so long as they're handled properly, but certain things require a respected pilot to arbitrate. These are non-military pilots trusted to handle important legal matters in the absence of a high-ranking military pilot. They also have command authority when needed.
Contact Don Emilio Santini if you feel qualified to take on this duty; you will need to be evaluated first, so do not expect a quick answer. Alternately, you may be approached about the possibility.

These are specific people who have hindered the Nation of Malta, and are therefore to be turned away from our space. Some individuals have earned a death warrant, and are to be terminated immediately on sight.
We will not list the obvious, such as Corsairs or the Colonials.
  • cm82 - Anki freighter, no IFF, mercenary ID. Trespassing in graveyard, refusing to stop when ordered.
  • Vile-Willy - Unknown smuggler. Fired on Nomads, carried their remains, refused to drop them, etc.
  • KoS - ]NTF[Tycho, Enrico Rossini - Freelancer IFF/ID. Numerous crimes including the destruction of multiple fighters and gunships.
  • KoS - HS.|, Highland Security - Freelancer IFF, Mercenary ID.
