The Syndicliga intends to expand its logistical and scientific capabilities within the Zürich region an area increasingly volatile and in need of stable industrial presence. After extensive evaluation, our engineers have unanimously agreed that the Lucullus-class Liner offers the ideal structural and modular foundation for our purposes.

We therefore formally request permission to acquire:

• Three (3) Lucullus-Class Liners

These vessels will be repurposed entirely for non-passenger roles, specifically:

• Mobile fabrication and industrial utility ships
• Deep-space scientific research platforms
• Logistic and operational support hubs

Their robust internal volume and structural adaptability make them exceptionally suitable for our planned Zurich-based operations.

Should the Unione Corse require negotiation on pricing, delivery procedure, collateral, or reciprocal industrial support, the Unioners stand ready to discuss all terms professionally and discreetly.

Some time has passed since my previous communication regarding the potential purchase of three Lucullus-class Liners for industrial and scientific repurposing in the Zürich region.
