[Coding] POB shown missing workers when it is missing consumer goods - Koepchen Depot - 01-06-2026

Bug: The Koepchen Depot won't start production of MOX, scrap and food since the rollback.

Additional Information:
I requested a fix as result of the rollback in december, after this the modules don't produce anything.
I already shipped up to 2000 crew and 400 scientists to the station, but no change and the "missing crew" error persists.
It did produce items before the "fix".
I submitted a PR to get help regarding this issue, but got no answer.
I'm also missing 10.000.000 credits - I have sent a private message to firesilver with proof I transfered cash to the base's bank, after he restored my lost commodities.

Try supplying your base with consumer goods.
The error is misleading - there are enough workers, they just don't work.
The red striker message is hidden by the christmas one - it might be intended to excluded the consumer goods consumption from the holiday mode (as a kind of learning effect).

Holiday mode replacing the red unfed crew warning is intended - note that the baseline base consumption is (was) stopped during the holiday mode.
Missing crew entry means that the amount of (fed) crew is below what the recipe requires.
The wording might need some improvement for clarity, I guess.
