Description for Roundel: The logo of the Gallic National Intelligence symbolizes the agency's mandate to serve all of Gallia as both her first line of defense, and as the first weapon to be wielded against those that threaten her. The heptagonal field represents the seven systems inhabited by Gallia, while the crossed sword and spear covered by a shield are ancient representations of martial might. The golden fleur-de-lis at its center has been stylized to look like a spearpoint, a popular symbol among special forces groups dating all the way back to Earth and the Sol system.
