To the Civil Defense Initiative commanding officer.



You are being contacted by the foreigner relations department of the Fujiwara Group to inform you of the gorse misconduct committed by your “Constables” against our representative (Kirishoto|Fujiwara) and her lawfully hired Freelancer escort (Blackguard).
The account of the misconduct include:

- Two cases of racial profiling.

Fujiwara group demands that an apology be levied in person by the presiding officer present during this situation or any high ranking personal.

Following this altercation we do hope such actions will not be committed toward our employees in the future otherwise there is always an option of escalating this situation to the diplomatic channels between our two Houses.
