I was enjoying a nice cup of coffee today. Data pad in hand, reading news...and then a friend of mine pointed out a pimple on the horizon. It wasn't flickering, so it couldn't be a star. Can you guess what it was? No? It was you. Your station was muddling my view. And you didn't even say hello.
Judging by name and transponder signal alone I figured it must be one of those EFL subsidiaries trying to make a living out in this lawless sector we like to call 'The Omegas'. I want you to go back to your boss or browse the Net on how to say "Hi" in the common tongue.
After that, you will want to explain to me in detail what you're doing here. I'll give you a few hours to do that. See what happens if you don't.

"Hi"
This was not a hard word to learn. You seem to have most figured out anyway. Yes, we are contractors of EFL seeking to branch out. There are not so many who operate CNO sequence reactors in the region, but it is a small refinery, so we are hoping for sufficient demand for our modest production. The hydrocarbons of the region are not apparently being used for this, and it is not so close to the Helium-Deuterium processing of the blue nebula which you call Crow, so maybe there is a market to be found.
We can offer CNO fuel, and little else. Who do you represent?

Congratulations. You've just decided to invest into a failing business. No one this side of the sector needs your fuel, let alone have any interest in seeing gallic corporates.
I'll give you a glimpse of the future: you will file for bankruptcy within three months, and the hull of your station will bother me for another two months until it finally collapses on itself or the Junkers pick it apart for parts. You are not even worth taking resources from as a form of monthly payment to let you stick around -- you said so yourself, after all. You barely have anything to offer.
It doesn't sound so good, does it? You should fire the people in charge of risk assessment. Now I'm going to offer you a one-time deal. Whether you act on it or not is none of my concern. The end result is the same for me.
Dismantle that station of yours on your own accord, because within a few hours I will be coming around to knock -- very hard. Take your employees somewhere far away. Don't come around here clouding my space again. You have one day to do so.
As for who do I represent? You are not entitled to that information.

'The Baron',
If you merely wish to express hostility, why did you contact us in the first place? A wasted effort surely. The refinery is a small investment and we can recover if it fails, but if you actually want something, you should express it more clearly. We are willing to work with the inhabitants of this area, but we cannot do anything with threats of immediate dismemberment.

You may consider my first contact as a form of courtesy. Without it, you wouldn't have had any warning to save your skin before things would get real ugly. Sure, at first I thought that I might just get away with taking some loot from you here and there, but since you were so generous to admit you've got very little offer, I've decided to take your word for it and save us all the trouble of senseless negotiation.
You came here with no plan and the impression that locals would just welcome you with open arms. Hell, the nearby Hessian presence may already know of your whereabouts by now. I don't know them as the type to give much warning before shooting, especially when it comes to foreign corporations.
