[Systems] IMG inside job on Borneo - MasterL410 - 01-22-2026

Bug: On Borneo (and likely some other Crayter bases), IMG NPCs and the mission board offers IMG missions... against the Crayter Republic. Which seems couragious. Perhaps they should relocate.
Reproduction Steps:
- Dock on Borneo.
- Grab a mission.
- IMG tells you to attack Crayter on the Crayter base.
Additional Information: Those missions seem pretty cool, it would be nice if they were made available elsewhere.
