My name is Bentley Ashers, formerly of the Armed Forces, but now I'm with the Intelligence Service here in Bretonia. I had the pleasure of fighting alongside your pilots many moons ago, every one of them fought with honour and integrity.

Why you're hearing from me is because I'd like to ask for a favour. A little birdy told me that you're planning a demolition job in 23 soon, and we'd like to lend a hand. While we lack the manpower to actively help, we happen to possess the skillset to act as a distraction force. Now, to the favour, would you mind awfully if we base our forces for the mean time in Tau 44? We're currently staging out of 31, but would prefer somewhere closer to our dear neighbours, if you catch my drift.

Hopefully this will be seen as beneficial to yourselves, if not we can discuss terms to further our relationship.
