I deal in security for the Gaelic Wyvern Inn that you were visiting, but I also handle other matters on occasion of the Repossession variety.

Word around Liberty is you're the go-to for some of Liberty's finest wares and weapons. There's also rumours you have what I'm looking for, but I would rather avoid discussion on the Neural Net. Maybe you'd agree to a meeting within Liberty and it's borders somewhere? Preferably of neutral ground to both of us, if possible.

I would say "trust me", but I know that trust has to be earned before it can be shared. In any case I have no intentions of a raiding party. It would remove you as a potential future friend for more deals, wouldn't it? And that'd be bad business for the both of us.

How agreeable do you find Coronado at Barrier Gate for this? It's outta Liberty's Lawful reach for the most part, and while the Crayterians are there, I've not seen any of their patrols stray that far into the Barrier. Plus, it's not entirely on the right side of the law all of the time there, so a potential deal of our nature wouldn't look too out of place.

Handheld won't cover the task. Gunboat weaponry, you may know them by their rarely-seen Blueprint name "STALACTITE". I need to get my hands on four of them. As difficult to track down as they are, I am aware that there were a few individual ones knocking around Liberty in the last few months, I was just never able to fully locate them all. Now it seems that your group managed to do just that. If you haven't already found a purpose for them, maybe you'd part with them, for a fee, of course.
