Technology licenses request : (\^/) - Phoenix - Soban - 02-11-2026

Greetings, Gallic officials,

After a month of trading with no incidents to report, Abbeville’s dockmaster seems quite pleased with the quality of our iridium and has redirected it onward to your shipyard.

That said, there is one administrative matter I would like to address by requesting an additional license for Phoenix. As Gallia lies far from our main base of operations, our vessels are fitted with specialized equipment intended to deter piracy and ensure safe passage through contested corridors. Namely, cloaking devices and jump drives.

The cloaks should not be an issue: we will keep them disabled for the duration of our presence in Gallic territory, and we will comply with any inspections you require.
Regarding jump drives, we request authorization to employ them solely for departure from Gallic space, in order to reach GMS installations more efficiently when sourcing materials such as molybdenum or niobium.

I also took the liberty of attaching our latest convoy delivery documentation as tangible proof of Phoenix’s trade partnership with Gallia.

Jonathan Cayran, out.

Bonjour Monsiuer Cayran,

While this office does not see a particular reason as to why a group of Zoners would need to use these jump drives to move through our space instead of using our trade lane network, we see no reason to deny you the ability to do so. Your license has as such been approved.

Au revoir,

The Gallic Union Licensing & Permits Office
