[SYSTEMS] Invalid NPC costume crash Quillan - Warlitz - 02-13-2026

Bug: When going to Quillan, there is an NPC that seems to confuse the game regarding the gender costume
Crash log: Source: Content.dll
Faulting Offset: 0x012e10
Found by: IrateRedKite
Suspected Reason: Relates to a bad NPC costume (inconsistent gender choices according to IDA) in mBases.ini. This also occurred when attempting to load an NPC in a [BaseFaction] block that hadn't been defined as a [GF_NPC], so this crash likely just relates to a failure to load an NPC in general..
Reproduction Steps:
- Go to Quillan
- Go to bar
- Crash
Additional Information: I have tried three times in a row in SP and always crashed
