Initiation of protocol "Harae"

Protocol "Harae" constitutes a contingency directive designed to become active at the forfeiture of a single sovereign Kusari system to hostile forces. It outlines the liift of several otherwise restricted wartime doctrines meant for the "purification" and reclamation of occupied territories from enemy occupation. Activation of Protocol "Harae" occurs automatically following the complete evacuation of Kusari heavy assets from the compromised system, under condition that the Kusari Naval Forces are retaining sufficient operational strength.

Protocol Details

With activation of Protocol "Harae", several otherwise restricted wartime doctrines come into immediately effect:

Unrestricted Warfare
Tokubetsu Kōgekitai Operations
Removal of constraints on the deployment of biological, chemical, nuclear, and psychological armaments within planetary environments.
Elimination of prohibitions regarding Scorched Earth operations within sovereign Kusari territory.
Abolition of limitations on the establishment of minefields in zones designated for civilian use.
Lifting of bans on alliances with internal adversarial elements.
Deployment of the Ashura Division

Protocol "Harae" remains active until the state of war ended, even after recapture of the affected system.
