![]() User ID: Ashina, Iekore Recipient: Bamburgh Company (Gateway) Subject: Hercules Acquisition . Good afternoon, My name is Ashina Iekore, serving as one of the members of Bristol Bay Station’s administrative team. I’m reaching out to you over the acquisition and permanent integration into Bristol C&M operations of two "Hercules" Civilian Base Construction Platforms. Currently, we have some plans here in Bering that require the work of such vessels. One Mr Vascoguoncellos mentioned your company and their excellent work in bringing another vessel into service, and it was agreed on with the Bristol Board that continuing that good work would be more than ideal. After all, it was felt that with the heavy construction around Bretonia following the Gallic War, a larger than normal number of “Hercules” type vessels would be present and that such ships, while being second hand and well-used, would likely be able to be found at less than normal market prices. While the vessels are not required for current Bristol operations, the Bristol Board has indicated that they are interested in their acquisition within the year. The Bristol Board has also indicated that they feel a government escort of some kind may be required, due to the deteriorating security situation in Liberty and the Inter-House systems due to the large military buildup in Colorado. Bristol C&M is prepared to pay standard pricing towards a minimum escort of one gunship. Obviously, a larger escort would be desired for the vessels, at a final destination of Bristol Bay Station, and while we would want the escort to be through the whole way a partial escort is better than none. I hope to hear back from you soon over prospective pricing and a delivery timetable. V/R ASHINA, IEKORE BRISTOL BAY STATION ADMINISTRATION BERING, INDEPENDENT WORLDS Transmission Ends

Recipient - Ashina Iekore, Bristol C&M Subject - Hercules Acquisition Dear Mr. Iekore, It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance, I'll be handling your request on behalf of the Bamburgh Company. At this current moment in time, we can only offer you one "Hercules" Civilian Base Construction Platform, as no others have been allocated for sale to third parties. What I can do for you today is file a request with the higher company for either the sale of one of our own vessels, or source one from the New London reconstruction works. At this current moment, further construction work in the New London system has been halted, so I can only imagine that quite a few will be for sale. I will pre-emptively file this now, on your behalf, using information from previous transactions with your company. Pricing for the "Hercules" Civilian Base Construction Platform is POA, as such I don't have a specific pricing on hand, but will enquire. The only vessel we hold currently is the "Kalimba", from what I can tell by the listing, it is as bog standard as they come. Would you need any modifications prior to purchase? In regards to delivery, if we were to apply for a government escort, most likely from the Police Authority, then the vessels would have to retain their BCo. name and registry details until they are officially handed over to yourselves outside of Bretonian space. While we can provide a modest escort, we are not combat pilots, as I'm sure you can understand. This request will have to be passed to management for deliberation. I also have a few more questions before I close out this transmission for today. Which route would you deem acceptable? You mention Liberty, but some of our own routes go through Rheinland space, so we can work with either. Timeframe will also be queried, I see you mentioned within the year, do you have a preferred timescale for this acquisition to run? We will of course strive to complete any sale as soon as possible, but having to source a vessel from third parties will have to factor into this. Hopefully I have been able to start the ball rolling in some regard, I look forward to our further dealings on this matter. Yours sincerely, J. Sergeant Sales Assistant, Bamburgh Co. Transmission End

![]() User ID: Ashina, Iekore Recipient: Bamburgh Company (Gateway) Subject: Hercules Acquisition . Good afternoon, Thank you for your prompt response. I am sure that you will be able to source another vessel, and Bristol is more than willing to wait for that, for a more complete acquisition. Bristol C&M finds it generally acceptable that the vessels will remain under Bamburgh registry and naming until such time as they leave Bretonian territory. Should you have a suggestion for a location to conduct the turnover, we’re more than willing to hear it. Personally, I would suggest Cordova Shipping Platform for that purpose, as Magellan is relatively safe for our purposes. As to the route, due to a rise of Red Hessian, Corsair, and Coalition activity within the Omegas, the Bristol Board would prefer that the route move through Liberty, as a route of, presuming an initial start in New London, Manchester, California, New York, Texas. If you feel that Bamburgh and the proposed escort may be more capable with an Omegas route, however, I am more than willing to hear it and express it to the Board. As to the timeframe, the Bristol Board would prefer that the transfer and convoy occur within the next quarter, between Apr 1 and Jun 30. Thank you for your time, and I hope to hear back from you soon. V/R ASHINA, IEKORE BRISTOL BAY STATION ADMINISTRATION BERING, INDEPENDENT WORLDS Transmission Ends

Recipient - Ashina Iekore, Bristol C&M Subject - Hercules Acquisition Dear Mr. Iekore, While my first request to management to prepare one of our own vessels for sale was denied, they did come back with approval for me to source a further "Hercules" Civilian Base Construction Platform from the New London reconstruction works as I alluded to in my previous transmission. Currently I have three leads which will require engineering teams to travel to the vessel for inspections. I will keep you in the loop with how these proceed. The transferral to Bristol C&M ownership on board Cordova Shipping Platform has been approved by our management, as has the route through Liberty. We will however fly precursory flights through the areas to assess health and safety issues which may have to be rectified beforehand. This is something we will take care of via redirecting our general cargo service through Magellan. Now we have a rough timeframe established, I will personally make sure a communication is sent out to both the Police Authority and Armed Forces, with some luck they'll be able to spare some ships for an escort force through Bretonia. If anything changes in the meantime, I will be in touch. Yours sincerely, J. Sergeant Sales Assistant, Bamburgh Co. Transmission End

Recipient - Ashina Iekore, Bristol C&M Subject - Hercules Acquisition Dear Mr. Iekore, I would firstly like to apologise for the delay, we are awaiting communications from Bretonian authorities regarding an escort out of Bretonian space, however none have been received so far. We will keep you up to date. We have managed to acquire a second "Hercules" Civilian Base Construction Platform in sufficient condition. We are currently bringing it back to Kensington for our engineering teams to go over. We may face further delays due to an incident that occurred involving one of our liners in recent days, but rest assured we will get the job done. Yours sincerely, J. Recipient - Ashina Iekore, Bristol C&M Subject - Hercules Acquisition Dear Mr. Iekore, I thankfully have some very good news for you. We have secured an escort of sorts for these vessels. The Civil Defence Initiative have agreed that the two "Hercules" Civilian Base Construction Platforms can tag along during a prisoner transfer convoy all the way until Houston if needed. I have passed on your details via secure means so you can arrange this when you're ready. I'm also happy to announce that even with certain delays, both vessels have been inspected and are in good condition, for what they are. We are performing some minor maintenance and they'll be ready to go. I will inform you once this is complete. Yours sincerely, J. Sergeant Sales Assistant, Bamburgh Co. Transmission End

![]() User ID: Ashina, Iekore Recipient: Bamburgh Company (Gateway) Subject: Hercules Acquisition . Good afternoon, Thank you for your efforts in making this possible. I appreciate that the Civil Defense Initiative has proven so helpful in allowing the two vessels to join their prisoner transfer convoy to Houston; please, let me know on what payments they will require for the transfer convoy and when they are intending to perform that transfer convoy. While I am sure that CDI is capable and used to such operations, I would like at least a few Bristol flagged vessels involved to ensure the safety of the platforms. With a possible end point of Planet Houston, I think that the transfer could occur at Austin Depot. This would substantially increase the safety of the transfer, lessen the distance the vessels will need to maneuver comparatively unescorted, so forth, especially considering the increase in piracy within Liberty space. Should your pilots and crews require hazard pay or an increase in pay due to longer distances than is normally contracted, please let me know and I’ll work to secure those funds for you. Thank you for your time, and I hope to hear back from you soon. V/R ASHINA, IEKORE BRISTOL BAY STATION ADMINISTRATION BERING, INDEPENDENT WORLDS Transmission Ends
