Red Rock Refinery Adminstration;

It has been brought to the attention of the government that your base is inadvertently in violation of legal codex entries 7. Assault and 10.4 Public Disturbance. This is due to your station having flagged ships belonging to Bristol Constructions and Manufacturing as being hostile. You may consider this notice that your base must put itself in compliance with all Libertonian laws immediately.

For your violations you must also pay a fine of 1000000 credits to Liberty-Bank-001 for the infraction itself, and an additional fine of 1000000 for every day that it takes your facility to be brought into compliance with the legal codex.

I have contacted representatives at Bristol C&M to prove the veracity of your claim that you have resolved this issue, and been informed that your facility is still in fact in violation. I'm not entirely sure why you're having such difficulties resolving this problem, but my patience is wearing thin.
