The main fleet command has fallen into disarray, and it is up to second fleet commanders to make best with what we have left, so I apologize on their behalf that you have been left in the dark. I believe I haven't heard of you before, despite you working for Daniels and others, it is a pleasure to meet you. Now about your bounties, the board is no longer updated by primary command, nor do we have one of our own. And by "we" I mean the ARM, Advanced Research and Militarization initiative. We are a mostly military division working within the Core trying to set things right again, for things have rather gone awry.

Activity has been rather chaotic last few months, so any bounty board making has been rather slow due to our focus on other priorities. In the meantime, perhaps we could arrange a hodgepodge setup here for the time being if you are willing to work for us. Hired guns come few in the Omicrons, but as far as I am concerned, they are the most experienced and skilled, such as your resume suggests for example. There is a heavy workload ahead of our fleets, perhaps a few credits your way would make it manageable for the both of us. If deemed worthy to us, maybe I can arrange something for your new ship.

Don't worry about the capital ships, we have plenty of our own to counter whoever we deem necessary to do so. In fact, we rather lack fighter pilots as of late, and a mercenary like yourself would do perfectly to fill in any missing gaps. I'll uplink a list of any and all potential targets that you could be rewarded for. Nobody specific, but any kills from these groups rather would reward you well.

  I do not care who you kill, or where you do it, just do it and do it well. I'll need critical proof that any kill has been confirmed, these include the time and date, proof that you have good standing with us, proof that your standing with who you shot down is hostile, and a visual destruction confirmation. I'm willing to pay three hundred fifty thousand per fighter kill you submit. And if you somehow by some miracle kill any capital ships, we can talk and work those over if you wish to submit those too.
  

The proof you sent is agreeable, the fight seemed rather rough. For such contributions I think it is reasonable you also get a bonus so enjoy that also.
