Department Receiving: All Liberty Navy Secondary Fleet Commands

1. To facilitate command and control across the Liberty Navy, effective immediately, all secondary commands are to publish updated information on the vessels under their command in this registry.

2. Secondary fleet pilots and captains are encouraged to keep their information up to date and transmit changes to this channel as they occur.

3. Ships on this registry will be given priority for support and sustainment from First Fleet assets, when available. To ensure timely and effective allocation of resources, secondary fleet personnel are to join the coordination communication channel of the First Fleet and the Fourty-Sixth Fleet.

5. It shall be the duty of the Office of the Quartermaster to maintain these records in good order so that ships of the secondary fleet may be effectively mobilized in times of crisis.
