Though my area of expertise remains Kusari's military policy beyond the border, the nature of this incident in the wake of the political upheaval sets a new, dangerous, precedent. I must ask you, not only from my position as Lord Protector, but also out of desire to know more about this incident on a personal level -- have you any further leads, or knowedlge, about who is truly behind this terrorist attack?

We are dealing with a delicate situation at the border; all one has to do is but light the spark to cause unprecedented chaos throughout. If indeed the Admiralty shall set for us to go to war, then we shall carry Kusari's banner proudly; still, before then, we must make sure that our whole nation is united in the belief of victory.
