The money has already been layered, and concealed in certain legitimate establishments across Liberty. The grand irony is that once the taxes are filed at the close of this financial year we'll see a tidy little markup that gets used for internal reinvestment.

No one is going to find that money because nobody will be looking in the right places. It's all perfectly legal. Or at least legal as per Liberty's dictionary understanding of the word, which is as perverse as it gets.
