Possibly the worst thing about any kind of heist or penetration test is to make your work look believable. You sort of have to make your cover look just right, or your behavior just proper enough. Acting like a regent or a premier doesn’t exactly come natural to me. It’s kind of the same as a kid looking up at their parents, not being able to conceive how they do things. How do they manage their day to day, file their taxes, keep their expenses in check. Then, you eventually realize that everyone is faking it till they make it. Oh who am I kidding, I’ve just overpaid on two engines and I don’t know what to do with them or where to stash them. They look decidedly ugly in the cargo-bay next to all the dusty server-racks and the beaten up mem-cores I have previously acquired through the most excellent of means. An XV-330 and an XV-440 were my spoils, though from the looks of it they are older models fashioned to act like the two mentioned. There’s some hardware change on them, as they don’t entirely look like the ones in the manual. There was some spoofing done to their software too, but you can give a child a PDA and they’ll figure that out in 24 to 56 minutes. For all intents and purposes, this is the less interesting thing that I’ve done in my off time. (Which is realistically never, but that’ll defeat my own argument) I do have something interesting other than rambling however. Something that’s decidedly vague yet interesting enough for you to may-haps warrant a deal. It’s so vague that I’m not even going to record it into this comm. Now that’s how you build intrigue! Or a migraine. You'll have to excuse me for not making a completely new chain of dialogue, but this should suffice for the purpose. Along with the messy inclusion into this comm hacker-friend. I don't think we were ever formally introduced, and I don't really leave my quarters on Cochrane. I have attached the log snippet to this very message. The discussion wasn't lengthy to begin with, but I still had to cull most of my rambling. What do you think? How much of a creative liberty can we get out of our creative liberty? With appropriately kind regards, Blair Weaver Attachment(s): Code: Weiss]ISF-Halle: Eh that's a classic. I'm more curious about all that hassle in Ontario. |
