Cincinnatus Second Void Division will participate in further summit regarding modern Order agenda. An ambassador will be sent from our side - Commandant Chelsea Rhoswan. The said person is already at Dabadoru station, has passed checks and is ready to depart at any moment.

The questions we will raise are:

Controlling the dissemination of the Order's technologies among their allies.
Controlling the actions of the Order's allies when working with the Order.
Jump drive technology and associated risks (discussed with Order Overwatch representatives only).
AI technologies within the Order's structure (discussed with Order Overwatch representatives only).
The need to modernize the Order's fleet (discussed only between members of the Order).
Revision of the Order's military structure (discussed only between members of the Order).

Any updates on the issues raised will be communicated later, prior to the summit. As much as I understand the necessity of discretion, this does seem to come out of nowhere. The KLA will send a delegation regardless, but we would appreciate understanding what we are preparing for so we may be better equipped to discuss whatever matters are at hand. Additionally, if you could provide any information on the accommodations and amenities present planetside for the summit, it would inform the logistical preparations we would need to undertake for our delegates. Lastly, if there is any kind of itinerary or schedule we should be aware of for the summit, it would also behoove us to be aware of such things.
