But I shall introduce myself and the family I work for: my name is Ryuji Mishima. I'm Chief of Paramilitary Forces of the newly-formed branch of the Guild – The Shinsei Clan.

Our people have heard much about Phoenix; your kin is free-spirited and hardworking, just like us. Like us, you prefer to create and trade for the greater good, but, like us, you are ready to stand your ground and give a fierce rebuff to any foe who encroaches upon your territory and property.

The Clan is interested in cooperating with you. In light of the increased activity of Cretan raiders in the Sigma-17 and Omicron Theta systems, we would like to collaborate with the Phoenix Zoners to enhance security in this region.

The Clan Council is mindful of the cooperation between the former Guildmasters and Phoenix Zoners, which is why we have not come to you empty-handed.

The Shinsei Clan is prepared to supply Phoenix with all the necessary H-Fuel at a favourable price to the destination you specify.

However, in return, in the long term, we would like to gain access to your stocks of Iridium and Azurite Gas. For a reasonable fee, of course.

Greetings Shinsei Clan,

Securing the Omicron–Sigma corridor is always an appealing prospect. We have significant plans for Theta, so any support in that regard would be most welcome. We intend to deploy forces there soon to help stabilize the area and establish a closer point of sale for iridium.

As for trade, H-Fuel is always a valuable commodity to us; Sparta’s industry requires it on a regular basis. On our side, we do indeed sell iridium. In fact, we remain its primary exporter. Athens consistently maintains stock for sale.
That said, we do not deal in Azurite gas. It is far too hazardous and requires specialized handling we prefer not to involve ourselves in.
We are, however, actively exploiting the deep Omegas, should your interest extend to resources from that region — osmium, for instance.
