Phaeton are a group of mostly reputable traders and a similiarly named shipping company whose entire personnel and assets can fit into a single ship. Running a "Longhorn" built and fitted at Deep Space's Susquehanna shipyard, it's become a cornerstone of their logistics - and mobile headquarters, with makeshift living quarters, conference hall and facilities for deep space operations. Not on the scale of Barges, but it still permits for sufficient sustainability for extended space flights. Maintaning a lawful facade for most House authorities, they're known to not discriminate between contracts, performing deliveries with precision and accuracy - or acknowledging contract completion is impossible, returning the advance payment save a small fee 'for trouble'.

Known to frequently dabble in contraband and accept shady contracts, but still with a degree of moral compass with some things fenced out. Run on a democratic model where every crew member has a say in decision-making.

Phaeton's ever-energetic and upbeat navigator, their most daring escapes and most graceful waltz among the rocks are typically her doing; also responsible for plotting course and keeping the Phaeton intact and afloat, this redhead holds quite the dizzying array of tools in her makeshift quarters aboard, such vast is her storage that the toolbox takes a good chunk of her living space, clogging it by the mere merit of it's existence. Technically responsible for gunnery and weapon maintenance, but over their career, Phaeton seldom had to defend themselves with the force of arms, so this responsibility of hers is a little redundant.

Patricia "Maverick" Mitchell.

If Nicole's the muscle of the crew - Patricia's it's brains, the sole exclusive authority over proposing business contracts and stocking Phaeton on necessary surplus of supplies as well as administering and accounting for cargo, overseeing it's proper loading and distribution of cargo aboard, and the company's bulk of the paperwork is on her shoulders as well, her contact network on both sides of the law maintaining the company's low law enforcement signature and often enough permitting to dabble in more lucrative - and profitable - jobs and contracts as well as spending optimisation to faciliate greater incomes, fair wages, and keeping Phaeton afloat. Expansion of their business with a sturdier ship acquired through lawful means is, by far, the greatest testament to her success.

Being the calmer of the two, she is the voice of reason and the eloquent diplomat that keeps the bureaucracy flow rather than stutter for the daring upstart.
