Bug: Buying an Arrow from New London has LWB Roundel Permanently attached and is unable to be removed.
Reproduction Steps:
- Buy Tsuyo LF and realize you don't like how it looks.
- Fly to New London and buy Arrow.
- Notice that LWB roundel is attached and is unable to be removed.
Additional Information: Side note--the Roundel is attached to my ship, Full.Send. I'd like an admin to remove it.
