Greetings, I hope this transmission finds you well.

Stokes Waste Management is a small up-and-coming Bretonian based industrial waste management business. We currently operate removing war debris from New London and elsewhere throughout Bretonia for smelting or other forms of processing.

Our current operational fleet consists of several hastily refurbished or self augmented vessels. However, while my abilities to retrofit parts together to make vaguely functioning ships is impressive my abilities end at Freighters. I was wondering if Bowex has any Heron Class trains it would be willing to part with that are set for decommissioning and retirement. Obviously the easiest way to go about this would be to purchase one stock off the open market however as a smaller company our liquidity is relatively limited so this is largely the most economical approach.

Mr Hamilton

Greetings Mr. Hamilton,

Your transmission has been received and reviewed by the Bowex Trade Division.

We acknowledge the operational relevance of Heron-class transports for industrial recovery efforts such as those conducted by Stokes Waste Management. However, at this time, Bowex does not have any Heron-class vessels scheduled for decommissioning or retirement that would be suitable for transfer.

That said, we are currently in possession of a decommissioned Ghrow-class vessel, previously utilized in long-range freight operations. The ship is in a deteriorated and partially stripped condition, having been designated for scrapping. Despite this, its primary hull structure remains intact, making it a potential candidate for refurbishment or parts recovery—particularly for an enterprise with demonstrated improvisational engineering capabilities such as yours.

The vessel is presently docked at Freeport 11, within the Omicron Delta system, and is available for acquisition at the reduced price of 21,827 Sirius Credits.

While this unit does not match the cargo capacity or configuration of a Heron-class transport, it may serve as a cost-effective interim solution depending on your operational needs.

Should this offer be of interest, please respond at your earliest convenience. Availability is not guaranteed, as salvage contractors have also been notified.

Respectfully,
Bowex Trade Division

Yours faithfully
