I am Ian McNeil, representing Sirius Shipping Incorporated. You may be aware of us following our recent introductory contact with your government. As that channel has remained unresponsive, likely due to this matter falling under your jurisdiction, I am reaching out directly.
We are seeking to lease a temporary facility on Timor-Leste to facilitate the relocation of our headquarters. In time, we would also be interested in discussing a more permanent arrangement, preferably in Yuma's orbit for easier planetary access.
