I'm new to Discovery but not Freelancer. I love what you guys've done with the place.
I fell in love not long ago with the idea of the Junkers being scavengers and collectors and tinkerers and at least occasionally rogues (not Rogues, heh). I never thought about who I wanted to be outside of the SP campaign before and I have multiple character ideas! Right now I'm playing Iona Weiss, a Rheinland-descended Junker who lives in Allentown. I don't write much anymore but when I did I was a very character-driven writer. I'm looking forward to developing some things in the forums.
I love to mine and gather things and help provide resources to folks and orgs what need 'em.
As I get settled in I hope to learn enough about the way Disco works to be able to contact people/orgs for supply contracts or just your casual 'hey go get me fifty units of -thing- and I'll pay you -number of credits' kind of deal.I am mostly entirely harmless.

There are still a few other Junker players around, and Junkers Congress are also finding their feet again at the moment (.:J:. tag in-game).
