Good day, citizens of two great Houses.

It is regrettable what happened in Galileo has been caused by government of Liberty, but at the same time they we have expected no less from it.

According to our sources, it was LSF provoking the situation by opening fire over the protesters, inciting combat. We have to inform you that according to our evidence, the weaponry as well as tactics used by the people who killed Admiral Goro Okamoto, are matching the ones used by special forces within Liberty Navy as well as match the typical modus operandi of the LIberty Security Force.

Back to what happened in Galileo, it is clear the same Liberty Navy and Liberty Security Force elements opened fire at the protesters as well as used the chaos to open fire over Kusari Naval Forces which were protecting the protesters from the common pirate and terrorist motley. Kusari forces present at the time only responded in self-defense. There are unconfirmed sources which claim Prime Minister of Kusari, present at the spot and giving the speech to calm down the protesters, has been fired upon by a Liberty Security Force vessel in a treacherous attack.

We are also concerned about President Hawthorne, who is known for his xenophobic political stance towards House of Kusari, who, accordingly to the anonymous sources of CNS, is going to close Colorado border to all traffic coming from Shikoku. This is a clean sign that Republic of Liberty, under current administration, seeks nothing less but war with our nation and to violently annex Galileo system, breaking all the agreements worked out for decades after Colony Wars. Should traffic with Shikoku be closed however, Kusari shall be forced to stand against tyranny and despotism of Liberty.

We are hitting a new stage of another Colony Wars, which were caused by greed of the politicians and military figureheads back then, once again, caused by machinations of the Republic of LIberty as well as hostile monopoly of its corporations over all other Houses.

The "Galileo scandal", as you chose to refer to it as, was a situation caused entirely by Kusari. If the Office of Intelligence or the Naval Forces were against the gathering, they would have taken the necessary precautions in order to prevent such a thing from occurring in the first place. The mindless mob that entered Galileo was a direct result of the propaganda that Kusari's citizens are being subject to day by day from the House's hierarchy - politician or armed forces alike.

The joint Liberty Navy and Liberty Security Force battlegroup that was dispatched to Galileo did not provoke the local population, nor did we seek out an engagement with Kusari's citizens or military forces. The first - and only - to provoke were you. You are the ones that opened fire and forced us to take lethal action, ignoring multiple warnings.

Alas, nobody is surprised by the events that unfolded, and neither are we surprised of this transmission that followed. This isn't the first time that Kusari officials engage in blatant lies in order to cover their House's unacceptable stance.

And that is the difference between us and you.

Liberty does not need to lie to its citizens. We don't need to hide our actions, and we don't engage in propaganda to try and defend our unintelligent actions.

I personally heavily regret what has happened in Galileo. It is also saddened to see that the Kusari Office of Intelligence keeps attempting to sway the public, trying to make them believe that Liberty is the aggressor in this conflict. Sadly, you have made several grave mistakes in doing so.

First of all, your information of our President seems not really accurate and might be created by only you and yourself. Because if it was true, you would know that President Hawthorne is not a man, but a woman.

Secondly, ships of the Kusari Office of Intelligence have repeatedly in the past months violated Liberty sovereign space by literally 'invading' Colorado and even New York, attacking ships of the Liberty Navy. I will attach the evidence to this message.

Liberty has repeatedly tried to act de-escalating. However, Kusari seems to be thirsty for blood, repeatedly attacking our vessels and forging rumours and lies to fit their own narrative. The facts are clear, Agent Fujisaka. Kusari has violated Liberty's sovereign space several times with malicious and hostile attempt, allying with the same terrorists and pirates that murder not just liberty but also kusari citizens. They are the aggressors evident by the people they assist, namely Xenos, Rogues and Outcasts. Liberty will always seek to resolve tensions peacefully, but your empire seems to wish to become conquerors, just like the Kingdom of Gallia in the past. We will not stand by and watch you massacre more innocent people.

The atmosphere was already heated when the LNS Akhetaten arrived at the vicinity, and it was evident that the Kusari Intelligence ships were not there in peace. The Agents were continuously provoking our pilots and it was obvious that they were looking for a reaction, especially given the latest events between Liberty and Kusari. The Navy's stance on the events was adamant; the Kusari Intelligence ships are to surrender or be met with lethal force.

Upon refusing of the Navy's terms, Kusari's forces were engaged by the local units as per Fleet Admiral Sophia Cleveland's orders, who assumed tactical command as the highest ranking officer present.

The hostile intelligence ships were joined by numerous forces during this engagement that spanned around an hour. The following data pertaining to those reinforcements was provided to me by the LNS Akhetaten's CIC.

The following engagement resulted in a bloodbath that saw the First Fleet suffering major losses, including several fighters and the LNS Hidden Valley, however initial search and rescue had no human casualties to report. Upon Fleet Admiral Cleveland's orders, the Liberty Forces were signaled to retreat, as the hostile presence was growing out of control and reinforcements were unavailable. The LNS Gemini and the LNS Akhetaten made a successful retreat from the AO and reached the closest friendly bases safely. All other Liberty Forces that were present in the vicinity are assumed to have retreated, but at that point the fight was taking place so close to Manhattan's outer orbit that any resulting casualties would be quickly attended to.

Fleet Admiral Sophia Cleveland, unlike myself, was present during the entire encounter. Thus she can provide a more detailed debriefing of the conversation that took place between the First Fleet and the Kusari Office of Intelligence Agents prior to the LNS Akhetaten's arrival - should that be necessary.
