Admirals.

My name and rank is Captain Chelsea Rhoswan, now an immediate commander of 34th Brigade of the Cincinnatus Second Void Division. Recently re-established as an active structure of The Order.

This is a report, compiled of data received from reconnaissance of my unit and evidence provided by third parties, regarding a faction that now dwells the underworld of Liberty - Task Force Prometheus (further - TFP).

They state themselves as survivors and successors of the now-defunct Hellfire Legion, maintaining the similar structure, actively recruiting and now - being active on the Pennsylvania's theater, on the side of Erie's militants, against the Liberty lawful forces.

Our first encounter with said unit happened in July of 835 AS, in Vespucci. Our operative, now transferred out of my command, has reported Prometheans to be protecting the secrecy of Guerrero cloud and spilling a word about facility used to repair and build warships [1]. More than that, TFP were hailing the Technocracy IFF. That same meeting, they have confessed being allies with Technocracy. Which is also supported by the report made from Pennsylvania system, featuring TFP hailing the mentioned IFF, along with cooperation with Auxesian ships and vessles of The Platform [2].

Our unit proceeded with caution not only due to IFF transponders, but in account for the intelligence Section 8 has provided. TFP's high command was mentioned to be onboard with alien infectees staying by their side. Intelligence was required through third parties, namely - Dr. Thallia Thorn, who has proved her loyalty numerous times[3]. As the time passed, these claims turned out to be backed by another aquired intelligence.

TFP appears to be in possession of Incursus - an Osiris-class battleship, which is confirmed in the situation report about Coronado [4], along with a general description about the unit itself.

Alliance Commander of Liberty Free Republic has provided us with further data [5]. His adjutant for foreign affairs has met with a militant zoner from Gran Canaria - a defectee from TFP. The persona behind the source remains known only by their name - Yoruha, they have delivered us enough information to back the previous data.

First attachment of that communication - is a transcription from a black box, documenting the meeting between TFP and Nibwaakaawin, who was previously mentioned in data aquired by Section 8. This bit also contains proof of assets inside TFP being compromised, namely - Wind.Rose, with the assumptions of further infection being, as always, relevant.
Second attachment is a recollection of a memo, issued by one of the three commanding units of TFP - Megiddo a construct of atificial intelligence that had contact with an infectee. Which, we believe, is directly linked to the data revealed by Dr. Thorn, describing the orders from Megiddo to other TFP assets. That memo represents the meeting between them, a description of the splinter NHBI faction that recovered the pilot in question and their state of affairs with the larger alien collective. We believe that it is connected with the reports about aliens that are present in the area, as well as those witnessed during the Orkney's invasion and during the battle in Ontario.

Now TFP runs with Erie's militants, conducting strikes on Liberty's lawful forces in Pennsylvania. Our forces, namely, Task Force Hornet and Task Force Florence, consisting of joint units of Second Division and Eclipse Vanguard, are located in the area, assisting our allies within Xenos Alliance. The latter have declared open season on the Prometheans. Which led to an assasination attempt performed on Marjorie Ward, a commanding unit of TFP.

The logs of communications between Ward and me are attached in full [6]. Here, Marjorie Ward was asking to meet, alongside with that - confirming that their ties with the Technocracy of Auxo remain relevant. The meeting itself has not contained any viable intelligence and ended with a successful engagement of Xenos Alliance forces against Ward.

Also a person named "Bowman", a leader of Group Clarion, a militant cell, has provided us with a transcript of conversation, that one of his pilots had with an asset of TFP, uncovering that the Task Force in question has a base of operation besides the usual gathering point of zoner militants. "Bowman" has assumed Inverness being such a place. While this is a relevant guess, ours is set on Guerrero cloud. The former would be backed by the appearance of Incursus, mentioned above. Group Clarion remains in a state of concealed hostility towards TFP, considering the safety of zoners to an extent of keeping them off from a potential crossfire. However, the group is supplied with scanning equipment issued by the Order and delivered through cooperation with the Second Division and is ready to eliminate any compromised assets which attempt infiltration. As Group Clarion are now aware of the nature of TFP.

Pilot Bellamy Crowe is believed to be the same pilot behind call sign Wind Rose, as said callsign was twice referred to as "Bellamy" and responded to this name, as documented in the black box from the attachment number [5].

From the data and circumstances described above, Second Division has taken course on eradication of the alien threat, evidently prominent in the House Liberty and her bordering systems. Task Force Prometheus is declared compromised and as a proven ally of Technocracy of Auxo, therefore, with these two facts combined, the enemies of the Order. Besides that, there are other factors at play. We had been, and still are, establishing closer ties with the Liberty's criminal elements, including Xenos Alliance and militants of Erie, which will be only reinforced and supported by our hostility towards TFP, concluding that a right move both from the point of view of our MO, and our politics.
