Right now, possibly the closest thing we have to a unified OSC faction is mine, PanGal (though do correct me if I'm wrong). If and when we become official, I won't be changing our name to OSC. It'll stay PanGal, primarily because of all the issues associated with claiming to represent an entire NPC faction.

Which does, however, leave us with one issue: PanGal is PanGal and OSC is OSC, and we can't really speak for all of OSC when someone wants to talk to OSC and not PanGal. In-RP, we're an affiliate. A big affiliate, yes, but an affiliate all the same. We can't make official decisions for OSC - only for PanGal.

That's why I'm proposing an Orbital Spa and Cruise "Board of Directors", which, similar to Order High Command and the Council of Zoners, would be able to make decisions and diplomatic talks on behalf of all of OSC using a separate forum account. The Board would communicate via its own Skype channel to make decisions and the like.

Do you think this is a good idea? If so, who might you suggest be on this Board? The leader of *WISE*, while they were still around, would have been a good choice, but they've vanished into the ether.

Also, as a side note: could any OSC players who respond leave their Skype details, so I can create a Spa and Cruise Skype chat?

That makes a whole lot of sense to me. I could see there being a variety of affiliates all working together that make up the whole of OSC.

Sounds a fair plan, since pan-gal can't speak for OSC

Also, add me to the chat, I inherited a liner from my flat mate Olympus, who lost interest, but left me with a pile to work with.
