There is civilian one ... bad model and texture ... i don't like look of it ... you can buy it on one of the freeports near NY maybe one in Magellan not sure

There's a civilian SHF too, but I'm not sure what it's called: It's not the Mjolnir or the spatial
Also, if you count things which can use the class 6 advanced freighter shields as SHFs, then the Rogue/Molly Barghest bomber fits into that category.

AI fighter has 60k powerplant and turns faster than a SHF but its slower than a fighter, so its basically a hybrid of a fighter but it hasnt yet reached SHF status.

Barghest definitely isn't a SHF, on the other Recycler I'd say is.
AI fighter is something in between, like Cosmos said.
