lost battlestar - Jinx - 06-06-2009
this is a concept for a replace for the "lost battlestar" in omicron delta. - since it is supposed to be some remnant of an ancient race - i think it can be a bit more sophisticated - yet not nomad like.
it is also supposed to be huge - ( much larger than human ships ) - but it should look like its rather a smaller ship of this race. - somewhat as if its only a frigate type ship - and this races battleships are beyond human imagination when it comes to size.

after all, it is "only" a landmark - and admins will still be able to use it as a base by using .beam. - the dome is of course an overlarge biodome with buildings inside ( metaseq cannot show transparency )
the ship is far from finished and will probably be modified quite a bit still. - currently it has a vast amount of details - but i hope i can keep it that way, cause its one of its kind and not moving around.

Wow, love it. Perhaps when you're adding "battle damage" a couple holes in the bio dome to let small fighters fly through?:D

nah - the hitbox won t allow such details like holes you can fly though. - but yea... broken glass in the dome, interternal structure etc - and maybe a glimps inside where you can see the "decks" of the ship ( low detailed of course )

Hmmm, you can fly through the Gallic BS though, the hangar in the front.

I'll agree it does look awesome. And if you dumped it on Frozen then locked him in a room and told him he can't leave until he's done a hitbox for it that include holes 'n stuff, I'm sure it'd get done:P
