I mean you do have the announcement post, but if you are an infrequent forumer, that might not help. Revision dates seem like a good idea. I missed the rule update because they rolled out whilst I was on vacation, and had around 4-5 days on the server thinking the rules hadn't changed... Edit: And I'm a frequent forumer!
