Last <strike>change</strike> revision date: 3rd of June, 2009 (for example)
So it is easier to check out actual changes in the rules. Only a comment about the date of the last change, not a changelog file.

Yeah, that would be nice. I mean you do have the announcement post, but if you are an infrequent forumer, that might not help. Revision dates seem like a good idea.

Maybe this thread should just have been pinned for a week or two and had an "ADMIN NOTICE:" tag on it.
I missed the rule update because they rolled out whilst I was on vacation, and had around 4-5 days on the server thinking the rules hadn't changed...
