I founds my FL workz!
But... the catch is that I have no FL account ID.
uh... I already have a history of gaming in this server, so I don't want to start from scratch.
Is there any other way for me to know my FL account ID from others? Is there any way to detour from this problem?

Run Freelancer Account Manager. It will auto detect and freelancer accounts on your computer. If you've done a reinstall of windows without backing up your Freelancer accounts, then they are gone.

The moral of the story is, always back up your accounts, especially before reinstalling windows.
