Setting the standard in Sirius trade since 66 AS!
Serving Bretonia since 66 AS, Border World Exports, commonly know as Bowex, is the single oldest shipping conglomerate in all of Sirius. Bowex has been the backbone of the Bretonian economy for centuries, and has been involved in nearly every major event in Bretonian history. In addition, throughout it's history, Bowex has become known as a pioneer in the exploration of the border worlds.
The corporation has expanded from humble beginnings, from a small freight interest founded on Planet New London, to a Sirius spanning corporation that can rival any other, earning billions in profit with each passing year. Now with ever expanding services ranging from the original freight hauling branch to space exploration and commercial ship construction, Bowex is a super power of the economic scene.
In light of recent successes, Bowex has overhauled it's customer service division where clients and other service users can leave feedback and comments. Feel free to address any issues or congratulations to this frequency. Remember, Bowex cares about your opinions, so make them heard!

This is an update notice to let the general public know I'm now the acting DO (Director of Operations) of Borderworlds Exports. I've already reshuffled the senior management team - as in I've created one - and I'm about to create a corporate incentives scheme. Next in line is a recruitment drive.
This is the next generation of Bowex, and I'm determined to do a good job. If Unselie comes back and want to take her position back, I won't refuse outright. If she promises she won't disappear without telling anyone again, I'll throw the decision to Bowex's players and they can decide what they want to happen.

My PanGalactic vessel encounters Bowex on a regular basis these days.
For example - today I hailed not one, not two, but three of your ships during my chartered passenger runs. Each time, the Bowex) captains were polite, well-spoken, interested in RP (not just lane/gate hopping), and enjoyable to chat with.

This is just a bulletin update to let people know that the faction status document has been overhauled. Mind, this is work in progress, but noticeable changes have already been implemented.
The faction backstory has been fleshed out and recent history created (although this is still work in progress). The roles and histories of three of the major divisions has been elaborated upon, as well as illustrated with division logos.
The faction roster has also been deleted, given that it is now entirely based on the Bowex Wiki page. I'm also considering streamlining the ranks section, to remove all character names from non-managerial posts in order to save space. Again, full listings will be available on the Wiki page.
Either way, feedback on the faction status would be appreciated - as would feedback from ingame encounters.

Hello. I am BowEx employee, I am not sure if I am the independent or not, but my IFF and ID says BowEx. One of my usual trade routes is from Munich to Tau 31 with a load of Military Vehicles. Recently I came upon a transmission stating that I need to have a permission/documents from BowEx allowing me to do such run.
I would like to request such permission from BowEx authorites. I fly a 5k Shetland transport for quiet some time now, I have been seen on that route for a while now. What documents do you requite for me to obtain such permit? Also, when such permit is granted how would I go about Rheinland Police, who want us to have such permit?

The only vessels that are authorized under Borderworlds Export's contract with Rheinland are official faction vessels (Tagged "Bowex)" or [Convoy] tagged vessels. Anyone else flying Bowex ID/IFF are not necessarily part of that negotiations.
That's a problem of being an indy it seems. Note: If you are NOT part of the official Bowex faction, see the recruitment office and drop an application. We are hiring.
