I can't connect to the server, and I checked the sanctions, and I'm not banned.

If you are banned, a message appears, when you click the server. That message tells: "You are banned!"
If you cannot see the server, its another prob.

Oh Winston.... everytime a prob is solved, another one pops up.
Check your firewall.
