Is there a direct command for docking , like /dock.
The reason I ask is because tonight, I been trying to dock with the Bethlehem station for the past 15 minutes.
Yes, 15 minutes.
I line up the sation and click on the DOCK command.
Few minutes later, I am in the 'docking cut-scean'...where is stays in the cut-scean.....moving the ship this way and that.
15 minutes later, after the 10 and 5 minute warning, the server disconnects.
I am willing to bet the game put me back at square one.
So....................what is the secret to docking large ships.

Are you attempting to fast-dock or normal dock?

What ship are you useing, and I find it helps if you get close to tower above the docking port on the station then press dock cause it will then dock automaticaly without cut-scene.

fly the ship INTO the mooring fixture and press dock, it should dock pretty much immediately.
For stations, you can fly the ship into the center of the docking doors 0m away and press dock.
