Dear Bounty Hunters Guild and Order Primary Fleet,

In light of recent heavy assaults by the Keeper Collective upon Freeport 11, the Zoner citizens have been desperately attempting to keep the Nomad forces at bay. A large majority of our population however, is civilian and has not undergone proper military training. As such, the presence of forces like the Order is essential to our protection in Omicron Delta. The Zoner Trading Consortium is well aware of your stance against the Order Primary Fleet. However, your recent attack on Toledo has caused the Order High Command to retreat their forces back to Omicron Minor. The ZTC is not pointing a finger at anyone as far as this conflict is concerned. But the Zoners cannot afford the loss of a military arm in the Delta sector while more Keeper attacks are around the corner.

The Zoner Response team alone is not capable of withstanding large Nomad assaults and if Freeport 11 is destroyed it can very well be assumed that the Dabadoru Station will fall under attack. In order to preserve the survival of all people in Omicron Delta, the Zoner Trading Consortium pleads that you sign an Armistice treaty with the Order Primary Fleet. Should you agree to this contract, the following elements would go into effect:

  1. No member of the Order Primary Fleet or any pilot under its command shall willfully attack the Bounty Hunters Guild, unless in self-defense.
  2. Respectfully, no member of the Bounty Hunters Guild or any pilot under its jurisdiction shall willfully attack the Order Primary Fleet, unless in self-defense.
  3. No member of the Order or BHG is under any obligation to follow the other’s military orders during Keeper strikes in Omicron Delta.
  4. The Armistice Treaty can be terminated at any time as long as it is publically denounced by one of the High Ranking leaders of either BHG or Order Primary Fleet.

We beg both sides to consider and sign this treaty for the good of us all.

Sincerely,
The Zoner Trading Consortium (]c[)

(]c[) Chairman, John Boll
(]c[) Chairwoman, Lou Salome

TRANSMISSION COMMENCING......

As an independent Guard commander of the the massive BHG fleet, I am in total agreement with my brethren here. Under no circumstances can we allow our enemies to gain any foothold, which is exactly what will happen given the nature of our arch enemy. Our guard must not be lowered under any circumstances, and flying in close proximity with our enemy would only result in disaster, not to mention the intel gathered on our ships relayed back to their commanders. The only people to trust are your crew, not your enemy under a supposed white flag of truce.

That is all.

Joshua Skalde, Commander of The Roger Young.
